Checking SIM number through CNIC is a process that has been made easy by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA).  All you need is your CNIC and your SIM card. You can check number of SIMs registered on their CNIC number by two ways.


a)   Through SMS

b)   Via online

To check number of SIMs registered on their CNIC number through an SMS follow some steps given below


  • Open your SMS folder from their mobile
  • Write their CNIC number (without dashes) and send to “668’”.
  • Within a few seconds you will receive a SMS
  • That your CNIC number has been registered some quantity of SIMs with different network names like Telenor, Ufone, jazz.
  • You will be charges 2 RS plus tax for this service


NOTE: If you see any unauthorized number their call helpline number and block this sim number so that further you don’t face any problem.


b)  Via online

To check their Number of SIM registered on their CNIC number via online follow the steps given below.


  • First go to PTA SIM information website
  • Now write CNIC number
  • Later fill the Captcha
  • Now your CNIC registered numbers will be shown on your screen.

 


2.  How to check jazz SIM number

Jazz was a jazz telecom network which working in Pakistan and has millions of users. If you want to check quantity of jazz sim registered on their CNIC number, you need to contact with server. You can’t check jazz SIMs directly without the help of server.


To check quantity of jazz SIMs, follow the steps given below


  • Call Jazz helpline number 111 or dial a code *99#
  • Wait to contact with server or jazz operator
  • Now tell their valid CNIC number
  • After few seconds server will inform you number of SIMs registered on your CNIC number.


 


3.  How to check Zong SIM numbers

Zong is an international telecommunication number. You can easily check quantity of Zong SIMs registered on their CNIC number through a SMS, but to get this benefit you should pay some nominal charges. To check Zong Sim numbers registered on their CNIC follow the steps given below


  • Open your message box
  • Type a message “’V” (verification). And send to 7911.
  • After some seconds you will receive a conformation message that your CNIC has been registered with a number (1 to 5) of Zong SIMs.


Note: You need to send message from your Zong sim number not another network.

Warid and Jazz have merged telecom network. You can check quantity of Warid Sim number from any helpline line number (jazz or Warid) through an SMS.


To check Warid SIM numbers, follow the steps given below.


  • Open your message box
  • Write your CNIC number and send to ‘’789”.
  • Within few seconds, you will receive a conformation message that your CNIC number has been registered with some number of Warid SIMs.



5.  How to check Telenor SIM Numbers

You can check Telenor Sim numbers through a call to operator not an SMS. Operator will guide you to check their Telenor SIM number registered their CNIC number.


To check Telenor SIM numbers, follow the steps given below


  • Open their dialer key box and dial helpline number “345’’.
  • Ask operator to tell their Telenor SIM number registered their CNIC number.
  • Then you will get a list of all Telenor SIMs registered on their CNIC number.
  • Some nominal charges will be applied on this call.

You can check quantity of Ufone SIMs through an SMS. To check their Ufone sims registered on their CNIC number follow the steps given below


  • Open their message box
  • Write your CNIC number (without dashes) and send to 6001.
  • Within few seconds you will receive a list of registered Ufone SIMs on their CNIC.
  • For this service you will be charges 1 RS plus tax charges.
